¿Why not legalizes drugs?

A drug is a substance that disrupts the normal function of the body when it comes in contact with him. Nowadays the consumption of drugs is increasing. Many young people is using drugs. Some countries think that whether drugs are legalized the consumption decreases. But personal I think that this isn’t the solution, because it affect the values of the family, allows increased consumption drugs, and, bad relation with the society.

Actually this topic is something that impact everybody, families are suffering because in them family exist a person with this problem that causes disorder with each member of the family, also the legalization of drugs increases crime and not decreasing as some people think, and cause an impact on society that causing them to breach of the peace of others.

This impact the families’ values because when people use drugs, they aren’t aware of their own actions, I mean they don’t have the control and generally assault his family, also they in this conditions force everyone to be and think like them. When every body Knows that legalization in our country is approving this is going to increase because they are going to know that this is something easy to take, because they don’t have to hide anymore, and what about the society? Drug addicts, are often involved in assaults, public disorder, deaths that affect innocent people around they.

When people start to need more drugs than other people they are going to destroyed intimate relationship and friendships lost. They stop participating in the world, drop goals and plans, not a constructive attempt to solve problems and use more drugs as a solution. For this reason I consider that is not good idea the legalization of drugs because this is going to be the same with the alcohol and cigarettes, each day people consume more, and every time younger ages.

  2. This is an issue that has made me think about the human being who is so easy to be seduced by the forbidden; worse still, as we can't control our desires and how easy we enjoy everything what that makes us with physical, mental, and emotional damage no matter who we do damage; I disagree on the use and abuse of drugs, because this is against my values, but drug approval allows us to better control the manufacture and marketing of illegal substances, also corruption of public entities could be minimized and expenditures currently generated by a fight, who has been born dead, expenditure on drug may invest in social action consistent with the theme. I agree a 100% that we must not consume these illegal substances, but it is a reality that exists on the black market, drugs are accessible to the people and we can’t to disappear it, so that we should regulate with wisdom for "To be good stewards".

  3. I agree with your way of thinking, it seems to me that if drugs are legalized could be worst for the society.
I don't think it's good for people and instead think that legalization would bring more problems. There will be more drug addicts and people who have never used any kind of drug, regardless of age, gender or social and economic status would be exposed by the simple fact that they are legal substances.

  4. I disagree with the legalization of drugs in Costa Rica but also recognize that legalization would end the exceedingly lucrative drug trafficking business by bringing to the surface the existing black market. And with the demise of the underground drug dramatically reduces the social problems linked to such activity. The current drug prohibition does not stop the market has dipped just under the mantle of illegality, and when a business is a crime, criminals will take part in it. According to the UN, the drug trade generates $ 400,000 million annually, which represents 8% of world trade, comparable to the textile industry. The prize is an irresistible temptation for criminals in the world.
